Dr. Tyrone Daniels has more than 34 years of extensive experience in medicine, beginning his career as an internal medicine specialist and continuing on to become a non-invasive cardiologist. Dr. Daniels is a board-certified cardiologist, who also holds certifications in various aspects of echocardiography. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Medicine, where he obtained his doctorate of medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and went on to complete his fellowship in cardiology at the same institution. 

Dr. Daniels' interests include Coronary Artery Disease, heart failure, Valvular Heart Disease, palpitations and arrhythmia management (including Atrial Fibrillation), pacemaker management, Adult Congenital Heart Disease, cardiovascular imaging, and cardio-oncology (i.e. cardiovascular care of heart patients with cancer). He performs procedures such as echocardiography including basic transthoracic, stress echocardiography, and transesophageal; arrythmia management with Holter monitors, event monitors, and Zio Patch monitors; exercise and pharmacological stress testing; tilt table testing; and cardiac rehabilitation. Though Dr. Daniels is a non-invasive cardiologist, he is also trained in heart catheterization performance and interpretation.
